It all starts with a wind farm
Every renewable energy story has a beginning - and an end. Once wind turbine blades are decommissioned, they become waste, which is technologically difficult to process. ERFF focuses on this phase of the life cycle and offers system solutions for efficient and material-targeted recycling. This approach allows even technically challenging materials to be integrated into a structured and reusable raw material flow.
Conversion
The dismantled blades are disassembled and sorted for a controlled recycling process. The composite structures are transformed to produce a new, industrially usable material that meets both ecological and technical requirements. Transformation here means more than processing - it is the restoration of value.
Return to circulation
After recycling, the recovered materials are returned to production as raw materials with a new purpose, ready to serve the next generation of products. This return to circulation completes the cycle and confirms that even technologically complex waste can be fully reused.
